Speed control isn’t random

A lot of golfers believe speed control is feel-based.
That’s why it feels inconsistent.

This came up with a player who said, “Some days I just have touch, some days I don’t.” Once we looked at rhythm and routine instead of feel, their long putts started finishing in the same window over and over.

Here’s the shift I want you to make:

  • Stop relying on feel alone

  • Start paying attention to rhythm and tempo

  • Let distance control become repeatable

Try this:
Roll 3 putts to the same hole focusing on identical tempo, not outcome. Notice how close they finish to each other.

If you want help building predictable speed control, I train this inside my digital course, a Great Putters Blueprint. Or hit reply and tell me which putts give you the most trouble.

Play More Golf. But Better.
